I gave up after the first page I'm afraid. Very low level banter between Nats and non-Nats.
A few good posts but given independence won't happen and the status quo will be getting the heave-ho, there was not one mention by anyone of what actual extra powers we might want and why.
Too many people seemed to prefer childish name-calling.
Yes, I was very disappointed with that joint statement.
I hope they raise their game soon. I know I'm biased but Alex really is the only one making speeches or comments with any depth, passion and creativity.
Perhaps the unionists don't have as much material to work with as I give them credit for....
After a few years working in the financial sector, I jumped the fence and now work as a political researcher.
After a spell as Head of Campaigns at SNP HQ, I worked in the Scottish Parliament as a researcher. I then spent a year in Westminster before returning to Scotland. I now live and work in Aberdeenshire.
When not working, I play the fiddle (when it suits) in various ceilidh bands, and write for the 'Scots Independent' Newspaper and website.

Interesting. Sounds exactly like the response to the White Paper to date from Labour, the Lib Dems and the Tories...
