Since most of the facillities are already in place, hopefully we can focus on regeneration and on making these the best games yet. If it has the same effect on young folk as the 1986 games in Edinburgh had on my friends and I, it'll be worth every penny and more of the £288m cost.Anyway, there'll be a few celebrations tonight, I'll wager. Today, we're all Weegies ;-)
