Thanks for signposting this article. I am not a big surfer and if I manage to read The Herald online I think I am doing well. Living in the West Midlands most English folks really are not that taxed on the question of independence for Scotland

Hi Leipoet - that's pretty much my take on things as well. It seems to me that quite a few folk in England think that Scotland is already independent, and those that don't are mostly relaxed at the prospect of it becoming so.

Here's hoping, anyway!
